Terms and Conditions

Effective 19 August 2026

These terms govern your use of the InterBeYou platform (the “Platform”), operated by InterBeYou Inc. By using the Platform you agree to them. If you are using it for a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on that company’s behalf.

1. Service description

The Platform lets you:

  • Write the questions you want answered.
  • Share a conversational survey link driven by artificial intelligence.
  • Collect and review responses in a structured, filterable format.

Conversations are generated and interpreted using Google’s Gemini models. The application is hosted on Google Cloud in Belgium and reachable worldwide.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into contracts. If you use the Platform for a business, you confirm you may bind that business to these terms.

3. Account registration

Some features require an account. You are responsible for:

  • Giving accurate registration details.
  • Keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • Everything that happens under your account.

4. Use restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful or harmful purposes.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with it.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code.
  • Use it to infringe anyone’s rights, including privacy and intellectual property rights.

5. Data privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with personal data. In short: when you run a survey, you are the data controller for the answers you gather and we act as your processor.

That makes you responsible for:

  • Obtaining any consents your respondents need to give.
  • Having a lawful basis for collecting what you collect.
  • Telling respondents their answers are processed by AI, because that is how the Platform works.

6. Intellectual property

The Platform itself, including its software, designs and algorithms, belongs to InterBeYou Inc. or its licensors. You keep ownership of the surveys and data you create, and grant us only the licence we need to operate the service for you.

7. Availability and support

We aim to keep the Platform running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and unforeseen disruptions can happen. Support is available at hello@interbeyou.com.

8. Fees and automatic renewal

Paid plans are billed in advance at the price shown on our pricing page when you subscribe.

Your subscription renews automatically. At the end of each billing period we charge your saved payment method for another period at the same price, and this repeats until you turn renewal off.

  • Your current plan and its status are shown in Profile, under Plan and Billing.
  • You can switch automatic renewal off at any time, and doing so takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • If a payment fails we may retry it, and may suspend or close your access if it stays unpaid.
  • If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you before the change applies to you.

9. Cancellation and refunds

Cancelling takes as few steps as subscribing did. Go to Profile, open Plan and Billing, and turn off automatic renewal. No e-mail, phone call or support ticket is required.

  • You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • Your account and data stay available on the free plan afterwards.
  • You may delete your account entirely from your profile settings, which removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Fees already paid are not refundable except where the law requires it. Nothing here removes statutory rights you may have as a consumer, including any right to withdraw from a purchase within a cooling-off period.

10. Third-party services

The Platform depends on services run by others. Their own terms and privacy policies govern how they operate, and we are not responsible for their availability.

  • Google Cloud for hosting and compute.
  • MongoDB Atlas for the database.
  • Google Gemini for generating and interpreting conversations.
  • Google OAuth for optional sign-in with Google.
  • Stripe for payments.
  • Amazon Web Services for storing uploaded files.
  • Brevo for sending transactional e-mail.

11. Confidentiality

Both of us agree to keep the other’s confidential information confidential, including business data, proprietary processes and survey results.

12. Disclaimers

  • The Platform is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Responses and summaries produced by AI models, including Google’s Gemini, are machine-generated and can contain errors, omissions or bias. Review them before you rely on them.

13. Limitation of liability

We work with care and skill to keep the Platform safe and reliable. Where we do, we are not responsible for losses we did not cause, losses that could not reasonably have been predicted when you accepted these terms, or events beyond our control.

To the maximum extent the law permits:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform will not exceed what you paid us in the previous 12 months.

14. Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or misuse the Platform, or if an account is never confirmed after registration, stays inactive for a long period, or shows signs of unauthorised use we cannot resolve with you.

You may stop using the Platform, cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time, as described in section 9.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Platform changes or the law requires. Updates are posted here, and where a change materially affects you we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Platform after that date means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, you may cancel and stop using the Platform.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes should first be raised with us directly, and if they cannot be settled, submitted to the competent courts of Delaware. Consumers may have the right to bring proceedings in their own country of residence.
